Refund Policy

Refund policy:

We gladly accept items for refund within 7 days on items damaged in transit.Refund will be issue ONLY if we are unable to replace that item.We will require a picture of the damaged item.We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs.

It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws.If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us.
CrystalLove is not responsible for confiscated goods or undeliverable goods.

If you need to return an item due to a damage by the shipper, please email us at
CrystalLove@usa.com including a picture of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you .
